Elbow dislocation

An elbow dislocation occurs when the bones of the elbow are pushed out of their joint position. This usually happens as a result of accidents or falls. An elbow dislocation is a painful injury that is often accompanied by swelling and loss of function. Treatment requires immediate reduction by an experienced doctor. Subsequently, temporary immobilization and appropriate physiotherapy may be therapeutically sufficient; in some cases, surgical treatment of the stabilizing ligamentous apparatus is necessary. I will be happy to provide detailed information about the appropriate surgical method in a detailed consultation in my medical practice.
